sibling question

So we are just now getting to talking about our hospital plan. Whit my son I was induced a day before my due date, not sure how this baby will go if it will be a "holy crap my water broke" moment, or if we will be induced again. My husband will be working about 2 hours away the week before my due date. I've had this gut feeling my baby will come in the 7th, my EDD is the 16th, which would be when he is gone. So my question is to moms that are on their 3 or more baby that has siblings or to mamas with a little one now and planing for the new baby to arrive. What is yalls plan for the sibling? Obviously if we are induced we can plan it out better and my folks will be up at that time (they live 4 hours away), but what if I just go into labor? Do hospitals slow you to bring your kid? He is 4 and I'm so nervous that he will be scared if I have to take him. I don't have anyone else I can really call on, but I have a friend that works across from the hospital but I don't feel right about just dropping my son off with her if it's work hours. Just getting worried :/
