Changing Period Symptoms or Pregnancy Symptoms?

Usually when I am about to start my period my boobs get really sore and I have major bowel problems (sorry for the tmi). However this time my lower back has been insanely sore. I am currently 6 days late but I have been under huge amounts of stress. What does this mean?
