So I have been having these weird cramp like pains in my lower abdomen. The pain switches sides often but is almost always in the middle. The pain goes away within a matter of minutes. There is zero chance of pregnancy, as for I haven't done anything that could get me pregnant. I've had an emotional and stressful week. My period should be coming in about a week or more, but usually I don't get cramps until my period starts. The pain has been here for about 2 or 3 days. Any ideas on what could be happening?
