Okay. Sooo I woke up from a nap and took a tampon out but don't remember if I put one in or not.  I remember smoking a cig and coughing and I felt blood go onto my panty liner but thought nothing of it. Went back to bed then woke up and went to go change a tampon I thought I "had" in me, and didn't find anything so I started freaking out And started crying. (Hormones) 😡😣 then I gathered myself did dome research online and tried searching for the tampon and didn't find anything .  Is it even possible for a tampon to get lost in there without having sex. I don't have sex on my period and I wouldn't have sex with a tampon in if I did do the deed on my period.  Has this happened to anyone. ? Any tips.? I bought a brand new box of tampons yesterday and have only used 6 so far.  I remember using 5 of them 😩.... the fuckery is real. I'm gonna need to start logging when I change my tampons somehow lmao
