Aunt flow would you show!

Had a loss on February 12th, now I'm on cycle day 72!!!!! Yes 72!!!!!! and nothing. This last cycle that I got pregnant I miscarried on cycle day 72. No period for so long then tried a test and bam positive, next day I miscarry. Now this, 72 days of nothing. Anyone else experience this? Sorry for the ramble.
