best ways to relax your body?
I want to pick up a hobby that involves low impact exercising (if that makes any sense). I obviously walk everyday, but I'm just wondering what other ways would work? I have a health condition and I don't want to do hardcore workouts, for fear that something bad may happen to my body. I am going to pick up kegel exercises for flexibility (and sex lol). But yeah, suggestions please! :)
I only put this in love & sex because I didn't know where else to put it lol.
