severe headache since early am

Nothing  is working to get rid of this headache. My head has never hurt so bad in my life. I can barely lift it without being in pain and I've tried everything to help ease it. I've read something about preeclampsia but I haven't reached my second trimester so I'm not sure of that could be it. I know I've experienced a lot of swelling in my feet lately but that's all.. im sure this never happened with my first pregnancy... im verrryyy close to just going to the hospital this is absolutely horrible and it started around 2-3 this morning while I was sleep..
