stretch marks

Okay, this is probably a really silly question but I'm one of the young people on this but yeah does having stretch marks on the sides of your boobs mean they are getting bigger or what?? I'm asking this BECAUSE I don't see any really on people like my mom or sister who's 1  1/2 year older than me. Thanks 🙏🏽
