Took my mirena out march 22nd got my cycle on the 25th not sure when I ovulated I work at a gyn office and got an ultrasound on April 11 that showed I had ovulated I do t really like to ask the girls from my job for advise but my cycle was supposed to be due on Saturday and I haven't got it I been cramping for 2 weeks and my beasts are sore but that's about it and tested Saturday and today and have gotten negative results! What should I do?
