Contractions
FTM here! At what point do you go to L&D? I've been timing since about 10 PM, I'm experiencing strong period like cramps (below my belly) every 6-7 mins, lasting about a minute each time. They are strong enough that I cringe and have to stop and breathe my way through them. My back is also hurting.
