what does it meen when I have fluid built up in my Fallopian tube

I have a couple cyst plus fluid built up and they said they found on both sides of my falliopen tube something long and swallowen but DONT know what it is please someone tell me what might be wrong And they think I might have pcos 😞 I'm scared because they said it's 2 long and swallowen things they found in falliopen tube
