For those of you with csections??

So this is my 3rd child all three were csections i am now 37 weeks and this time around it seems to be super painful when she moves, especially right around where my insition scar is and when i stand up it almost feels as if she is just going to drop out of me i have so much pressure in my vaginal area it feels like someone kicked me in between the legs and its severely bruised i can barely spread my legs enough to put pants on sometimes it hurts so bad, has anyone ever experienced this and if so what did your dr tell you??
