Okay so I'm freaking out and can not sleep!

(First here is some background: my daughter just turned 7 months old she had her 6 months shots today and baby exam by her pediatrician, no sinus issues, clear throat, no bleeding gums, nothing.. totally healthy baby. She also did not eat or drink anything colored. Only formula fed with rice cereal. And I did give a dose of motrin this morning and a dose of Tylenol this evening but both dye free so they are a both white-ish color liquid. Also after she threw up I swabbed and checked her mouth with a cotton swab to check for any bleeding of her gums or mouth to be sure she didn't scratch it and injest blood from that, no blood found there either. She is also grouchy but that's expected since she did recieve 3 immunizations today)

So on to the story......

Earlier tonight my daughter put a small piece of paper in her mouth and saw it and immediately fished it out with my finger, when I did, it gagged her and she threw up. That's when I saw bright red blood streaks in her white milk vomit. I called my pediatrician (on call nurse) and she was no help at all. Just told me to bring her in if she vomits again. didn't i just tell her that I caused her to vomit by sticking my finger in her mouth??? I'm not planning to have to make her vomit again. It was accidental and coincidental. So anyways, here I am worried sick at 2am that my child has a internal bleed somewhere. I plan on taking her in to her pediatrician and demanding answers in the morning but until then I was hoping someone somewhere could help give me an idea of what this could be besides what im afraid may be internal bleed. Did anyone out there ever have this happen before?? Good thoughts?? Or even prayers.. prayers would be great too!

It's hard to see on my shirt bc of course I had to be wearing a dark pink shirt which blends, but also this was a little while after I had already taken it off and it had already smeared. I didn't think to take a pic right when it happened bc I immediately freaked and took it off and called The pediatrician. The other is the blood on my daughter's shirt.
