Pregnancy high blood pressure

I'm a first-time mom that struggled with infertility to get this far.. so everything freaks me out and worries me. Pre-pregnancy my blood pressure was always low (90/58) and even during my first and most second trimester. I just hit 24 weeks and it jumped up to 130/90. I called my OBGYN and I have an appointment on friday. But can i ask what other moms have done or had to do due to blood pressure issues? I know it can be really bad and my mind is running away with me. Thanks mommas!
