About to give up :(

Im about to give up on ttc. Me and my hubby are so stressed and sad. I went in today for cd 12 ultrasound to measure my follicles. This is my second round of femara and i was at 5mg. None of my follicles grew and once again im out for another month. I cant take this disappointment anymore. Can anyone give me any hope or share their story with me??
