Wubbanub for older babies?!

Question

My LO looooves his wub but I recently found out they're not recommended for babies older than 3 months (with teeth). He prefers the soothie brand pacifier and they make one for older babies but how do I attach it to an animal? I got a Dr Brown's zebra but the snap is too big to fit in the soothie's hole. Help!

My daughter (11mo) still has her wub (and my niece apparently used hers past 1yr). My girl really just plays with it now she never actually uses it but i have bought the 6mo+ ones to try. They are just thicker, thats the only difference. If you keep using the wubs just check them daily for any tears or bites because the tears will hold bacteria so I'd toss them after. But mine has 8 teeth and chews like crazy and its still never gotten a tear so they're pretty tough.

My daughter loves hers!! She never had a pacifier as a baby (infant) because she never cared for them. But I recently get a wubbanub to try it since she's weaned from breast to bottle (bottle of milk at bed and nap time, sippy cup with water or juice during the day) and she loves it so much!! She has almost four teeth and not once has chewed on it. She HAS chewed on the hippo however, but not the actual pacifier. We bought her the hippo one because her nickname is Potamus 😂
