Hey ladies!! Just got my first ultrasound! Doc said I measured 4 weeks 4 days and doc terms is 5 weeks 3 days from last menstrual. He said I ovulated twice in right ovary and had 2 corpus luteums in ovary meaning two eggs. They barely found one sac. Doc said its really early and hes not going to rule out multiples till I go back in 3 weeks. Ive been getting more exhausted by the day and want to eat meat ALL the time! Please tell me your experience?...I thought if CL is not fertilized then it would be reabsorbed? Also doc said I had alot of free fluid in my uterus and when I asked he just said it was a really good thing....
