I've been dating my current boyfriend for six months and soon I'll be moving two hours away but I really want a promise ring from him before I move the issue is do I ask him or just not say anything? I don't like having other people involved in stuff like this so I don't want to ask one of our friends to drop the hint but I really want a ring and I'm also scared that if I asked for it it isn't as special
