My sons head started the same. My doctor said it was a very mild case of cradle cap. He told us to take his baby shampoo and rub it in circles on the areas with his wash cloth. We do it at every bath and it clears it up immediately.

My son had this, we used a small amount of baby oil left it on for 15 minutes and washed his hair with baby shampoo using his soft brush to comb it through. We did this twice and it completely cleared it up and it hasn't come back 😊

I use a baby brush to scrub his little head with baby shampoo. And it removes it.

Also used olive oil... Apply to the area and let sit for a little bit. Then take a cotton ball and remove the olive oil in tiny circles after about 15 minutes. That's what helped us!
