That's a strange one! If you're close with her and comfortable with her seeing all of you, then go for it! It's weird to me because I'm not really that close with my mil even though I love her!

I don't have a mil but me and my children's paternal grand mother are extremely close to the point I was actually there for her youngest babies birth (sounds weird I know) and she wants to be there when I give birth and be involved... seeing I now have to have a c section she wants to be there and I don't see an issue with it

It's only weird if you think it's weird. It's your baby and your vagina, so it's totally up to you. My MIL won't even be visiting us in the hospital, so there's no way in hell she'd be catching my baby haha

My husband wants to catch the baby, but I think it would be awkward if my mil wanted to id probably ask what drugs she was on lol! But if u guys are close and u feel comfortable with it go ahead. I don't nessicary like my mil enough to let her in the room until after the baby is born
