WIC !

So I just got on WIC today, I wasn't sure if I would qualify. Oh my god, I cannot believe the amount of formula and food for me and SO we qualify for. I'm in Washington, but if anyone is struggling I seriously suggest you go apply. It is beyond worth it, my SO makes decent money but expenses are still high especially where we live. Very thankful.

I am in Washington to and just got on WIC how wonderful! I live on an island where food is so expensive I don't know what I would do without it, and all of the other help make sure to ask about the help they give with car seats and other expensive baby gear! We are so lucky to have this

Yup! It helps us so much. I don't know what I'd do without it. My dude is chunky and likes to snack.. so we end up wasting some of the bottles he doesn't finish. It helps us with hundreds of dollars a month

Can you get different formulas on WIC? My daughter has to have nutraimegan (I can't spell). Do they cover that?

Sorry is this is personal, but what's the income level to qualify? (Im sure it differs by area/state but wondering if we're near close to qualifying or if it's completely out)

Thanks everyone! I called and the woman was beyond nasty on the phone. We make just over the threshold for our area, no medicaid 😪
