Help. Is this a sign of genital herpes?? Area is around anus/ in between butt cheeks. Have been experiencing this for a week 1/2. But it will come on and off sometimes. Irritated with clothing a little but it doesn't burn when I urinate.

It really looks like a skin yeast infection but go to a walk in clinic and be seen if you can't get in with your dr.

To me is just looks like it's irritated. Maybe from it being moist and walking around and getting irritated and chafed. Not sure! I would put some ointment on it and give it a few days and see if it goes away. If it doesn't see a doctor!
