So I'm 7 weeks and 2 days and for the past five days I've had the worst nausea where I couldn't eat anything. This morning I woke up feeling strangely okay and had an appetite. I don't want to be the crazy woman calling the doctor all the time so I'm looking to hear that it's totally normal and my baby is fine. This is my first pregnancy and I'm so scared. I mean I knew that the nausea would eventually go away but so soon?
