heart burn and chest pain?

Last night was terrible. I kept waking up with chest pain. I was sound asleep and chest pain would wake me up. It felt like pressure on my chest. No trouble breathing but could this be related to heart burn? I had a super light dinner last night and I took Zantac like I do every night 😕 I just don't understand. Anybody else have chest pain?

I've had chest pain and heart burn the entire third trimester and it turned out I have a heart palpitation but it isn't a big deal and will go back to normal after I give birth. Maybe ask your dr for an ekg to see if it's anything serious

Yes especially at night. I always have to wake up and take tums. Hate it!!
