I'm wanting to change it up a bit and be more eco friendly any advice about cloth pads or the cup?

I've used a tampon since my first period bc it was all we had in the house. It was pretty easy to figure out how it get it in. Also, I personally don't like pads bc A) I don't like the idea of sitting in my own blood, and B) I feel like I'm wearing a diaper.

Why don't you try period panties? 
It's like the cloth pad, but it covers what the underwear covers and doesn't slide out of place.

Not personally but I've heard a lot of great stuff about the cup. I'm dying to try it but I use the IUD and I'm scared it will suck it out or make it move
