I'm having tummy tightenings where I can feel my tummy is going rock hard but I have no pain ? I don't think it's braxton hicks because when I was having them a few weeks ago it felt like I had bad period pain tummy ache for a minute or so and then it would go .. what does this mean ?? I'm 40+6 xx
