Appt tomorrow 😬😬

I have my 38 week appt tomorrow with my midwife (currently 38 + 3 days) and I am really hoping that I have made progress since week 36 when I was a half of centimeter. I am in so much pain down there that something has to be going on lol. I am due May 7th and really hoping that I have her next week and not go past my due date and have to be induced. She just seems very comfortable in there 😭😭 any mommies already dilated/effaced at 38 weeks?
