Fenugreek?!

Anyone taking it? If so how much? Also if you have found it useful in the past, please share you experience.

I used fenugreek with my first pregnancy as I had troubles with production and I dont remember it helping much if at all, because in the end I had to give up and she ended up on formula. It did however make my sweat smell like maple syrup.

My friend made me lentils with fenugreek as the spice and brought them to me twice while I was still in the hospital - about 4 meals' worth. It did the trick and my milk came in like crazy.

I have just started on Monday... on the bottle says to take 2pills, 2-3x a day.  I am taking in the morning and at night. We will see, it takes up to 2 weeks to see results. 
I pumped today for 5min, and got 3oz.
