I don't mean to sound like a whinger, but for two days I've had what feels like trappped wind, but I've been to the toilet, I've been burping, I've tried rocking on all fours, gaviscon, other antiacid medication, buscopan, heat packs, laying on my side, raising my hands above my head. Bub keeps kicking right up under the ribs and it is bloody painful!! I don't know what else to do 😭 the pain gets that bad it takes my breath away. Today my lower back has been in excruciating pain also. What else can I do to relieve the pain? I am 35 + 6 days
