Healthy weight loss recipes/meals.
Hey everyone! So I'm recently single, and I really wanna start taking better care of myself, just eating healthy, working out, sleeping on a schedule, just overall bettering myself. Plus I really wanna lose weight, I gained 30 pounds during my relationship and it's really taken a hit on my self esteem. So I was wondering if any of you have healthy weight loss meals you can share with me. Nothing too weight lossy, if anything more healthy as I have a 3 year old who starts school this year and I really want her to eat healthier so she can feel good and energized in school. I'm also still trying to figure out how to cook for 2, so if you have recipes that are for 2 people that's a bonus! So if any of you have healthy meal recipes please drop them in the comments! I plan to do a weekly meal plan so that we aren't eating the same things every day because I have a tendency to get sick of something if I eat it too much. So every single recipe will be appreciated.
