My baby just turned 11m and I do want to start weaning him. But I am his comfort. He is the ultimate comfort nurser. And I'm not sure how to find something else to sooth him. Right now he's sick and has been nursing so so so much. My poor nipples feel like they are going to fall off. I'm so thrilled that I have been so successful with nursing but I'm afraid to stop bc he loves it so much. He doesn't take a paci any more and doesn't show any signs of loving a toy/stuffed animal. Any suggestions on how to find a new soothing method? I'm not a fan of just letting him cry and cry. Any help is greatly appreciated:)
