The pill does! My periods used to be like 5-7 days long and heavy af, so much so that I couldn't go to school on the first day. Now, I've been on it for 6 years and my periods are super light, and only last for about 4.

I also get same unbearable pain, i take milk and turmeric . Heat one cup of milk then mox one tea spoon turmeric powder and mix it drink it hot , it will reduce pain alot and u will get sleep too..
