Not wet enough

When me and my fiance used to have sex I would get wet now I don't. I'm not sure why maybe I'm stressed I don't know. I also haven't been wanting to have sex lately I been so lazy and not wanting to do anything. We are TCC but I don't get wet could this affect TTC? Does preseed work I'm thinking about using it?
