tips to prepare for induction?

I'm being induced Saturday. I go in at 9:30 pm. Anyone have any tips on what to expect, how long yours might have taken, tips, tricks, how to get prepared? Thanks in advance!

Sleep!!! Try to stay as relaxed as possible and bring things to entertain yourself. Good book, music, etc. Drink lots of water and eat lots of ice and jello 😅 I was admitted around 9pm on April 9 and my son wasn't born until the 11th.

I was induced at 9pm with my first and my biggest advice is to SLEEP as much as you can before you go in! For some reason I thought I'd at least get some sleep that night and I was kicked into labor within a minute of the gel being out on my cervix. Everyone told me how long it takes to be induced but it went so fast for me
