WHY DOES IT HURT SOOOO BAD?!

I'm 36 weeks & my rectum hurts so bad I'm literally in tears. I can't sit down, I can barely wipe.. someone please tell me what could be happening? 😭😭😖

It could be really bad hemorrhoids. Maybe some witch hazel could soothe it a bit?

Sounds like hemmoroids I've been dealing with one external that was the size of a large grape, preparation H and tucks pads work great and hot baths. It doesn't make it go away but helps some..
It's now the size of a dime, and the pain is more manageable! I was just like you crying in pain, and I lost so much sleep because of it
