When should you get a PFA??? I've had a PFA in the past for a gun being held to my head, having my head put through a wall, and verbal abuse😢 Long story short I got away from the situation but we have children together. This past month he got out of jail after doing a year and started all over again saying he was going to blow my house up and kill my family. This week I took him to custody court for full custody but in the end decided to do 50/50. He is now not allowing my children to see me saying I won't see them again, calling me a fucking whore and every name in the book. He even called CYS on me today and made a fake report😭😭😭 I feel trapped like its never going to end. My stress level in beyond normal. I was told I need to get another PFA but Idk if my reasons are valid. If I get a PFA does that make me look bad in custody court 😢 I seriously don't know what to do. I finally get away and all he has left are my children to use against me. It's not fair
