My little girl has never been a good sleeper, and she's pretty much slept in the bed with me since day one. We've tried so hard to have her sleep in her crib, but when we try to let her cry for even just 5 minutes, she gets so worked up and hyperventilates. It takes about 30 minutes just for her to breathe normally after leaving her in her crib for 5 minutes 😭 I don't know what to do, I can't stand to let her cry like that.. but my husband doesn't sleep well with her in the bed for us. And on top of that, she goes to sleep with a bottle every night.. she has absolutely no self soothing skills, and believe me, we have tried 😔 please, I'm desperate, any advice is welcome
