Anyone used Tramadol whilst ttc and pregnant?

I'm looking for advice please.

I've spent the past year weaning off my meds so I can TTC. I've got off some really strong nasty stuff but I'm now at the final hurdle and not sure I can do it.

I've got down to 100mcg of Tramadol twice a day now from a very strong dose. But I'm in so much pain I'm worried I'll never get off of it and kind of scared.

Has anyone used this drug during TTC and pregnancy? I used it for a few weeks in my previous pregnancy but I had my appendices out at 15 weeks and that was 13 years ago! Lol

Does anyone have any advice or experience of this please?
