Advice!!!!
I need some help with my health. I've always been extremely healthy and ate everything I was suppose to. I'm trying to lose weight now and nothing is working! I've been working out now for 7 weeks straight, I go to the gym everyday and workout for an hour and I don't see any progress in weight loss. Usually your suppose to lose weight then gain muscle but all I'm seeing is myself gaining muscle in my arms and legs but no weight loss!! Any tips from and Health Junkies would be deeply appreciated ❤️
