Low lying baby

Today I got gender scan done yay! The one thing was they couldn't get a good image of the baby's head because it was so low. Like pressed against my cervix. He wasn't concerned but I'm feeling lots of pressure. If you have his problem did the baby get higher? If it didn't did you have the baby early? Were there any complications? Thanks
