fitness schedule
I haven't ran since high school and the other day I ran 3 miles with out stoping, well besides the times the dog stopped to drop a duce. Feeling pretty damn proud. Been running everyday since. Thinking run and swim alternating days. Push ups, sits ups and pull ups thrown in too. It's insane how activity helps your emotions. I'm always active with hiking and work etc but actually scheduled fitness doesn't happen often.
