Yeah it's not a big deal. You can get STI's even from your long term partner since they can stay dormant for years.

It depends on who this person is. A fuck buddy? A boyfriend/girlfriend?

If it was my SO, yeah I'd sleep with them again. But if it was a fuck buddy I probably wouldn't. It also depends on the STD though. I wouldn't hold any grudges against them since they didn't know, but I wouldn't want to sleep with them again unless they were a serious love interest.

Happend to my boyfriend and I. He didn't know he had one and I went for my yearly checkup and found out so I told him and he really didn't know and we both got treated. Still Together 4 years later. It happens. Different story if they actually knew or even thought they had something and didn't do anything about it.
