7 days late!

I'm 7 days late but I haven't tested yet. I'm always hungry and I'm having a dry skin and it is so itchy. Is anybody here experienced the same thing as I do now? First time ttc here. By the way, my nipples are sometimes itchy too and it's scaly. 😬
