So I went to my appointment Thursday and my doctor said I'm measuring small so he said the baby has droppped so he decided to go ahead and check me and he said I'm starting to open up. What does it mean starting to open up, am I starting to dilate? Also how long after the baby drops do you normally have till they come? I have nothing ready for her so I'm wondering in I need to start preparing some? He said if I went into labor that he wouldn't stop me but he wants to do a ultrasound Thursday to be sure she is ok.
