I Can't Understand This....

Hi, ladies. I'm quite sad and discouraged. My bf and I have had sex 3x now. Tonight, like last night, it hurt quite a bit. We are using condoms, and it seems like I can't get nearly wet enough and it hurts! Hurts! He keeps losing his erection, I'm just upset and sad, what are we doing wrong???? Neither of us are taking any hormonal things, like birth control or testosterone supplements. I can't understand this. Lube doesn't help/work. Ladies what do I do?

PS: I have NEVER had this issue with past relationships before, never.
