They say it comes in threes! Not pregnancy related

I went shopping to asda early this evening to get my son some more nappies and milk as running bit low and offer ends tonight. Whilst there decided to grab few items and put my hand in a fridge only to cut my finger clean open on glass! The shelf was broken! Resulted in a trip to hospital to have my cut glued and steri stripped. Luckily didnt need stitches. I work in the medical sector so did most of it myself with some assistance. Making things faster. Get home and my 17 wk old sons got super high temp and irritable with bad nappies and refusing his milk. My boy loves his milk never refuses so i know hes not well. Hes teething but sadly nothing helps him. Give him calpol calms him and aettles him to sleep. Was able to get a 7oz bottle down him in dribs and drabs. About to go to bed and my girl comes running down the stairs crying. Shes hit her mouth getting out of bed to go bathroom and cracked her tooth putting it sideways through the gum. No emergency dental surgeon available anywhere to 9am tmrw when ive been given a appointment. Luckily her tooth has gone numb shes not in any pain now and gone to bed. Just to top it all off due to being stressed out my chrohns disease decided to flare up and now im doubled up with it until it calms which hopefully with tablets it will settle soon. Hopefully its all over now because im exhausted in tears and so done tonight. Im worried sick about both my children especially my son. Sorry but needed to just rant this out. Partner not bothering to help and ive now got to somehow clean bottles as hes not done them and gone to bed although i asked him three times. Normally i do bottles but my hand needs to be kept dry and one handed cleaning is going to be tough. Ohl well guess i best get on with it. Hope everyone else day/evening is going better then mine!! Please excuse my spelling and grammar ive not slept in 2 days hardly im super exhausted. Just want to give up tonight but my kids keep me going! Sorry for my rant i rarely rant on here just had enough seriously.
