It's been over a year now since my husband has been fighting his Ex girlfriend for 50/50 custody of my step daughter. Yesterday we got some amazing news! The only thing stopping him from getting 50/50 was a pending charge for DV against her (which the family court judge even said was a joke just to try and get full custody). Well as of yesterday, the charge has been dropped and we go back to family court in 22 days! Hoping my husband and his oldest daughter are reunited again after a year and a half of her breaking every court order to try and alienate him away from her.
