So I haven't gotten my period in 46 days. I know that I'm not pregnant because I've never had sex so that's not possible. Is this normal though?

It may just be caused by stress. And if you are just after getting your first period it's normal. If you have had your period for a long time and you don't get it for 3 months then you should see a doctor.

It depends how old you are. If you're still young your period could still be regulating. If you're older you may want to talk to a doctor about irregular periods if this continues.
