H E L P :)

I'm curing my vagina for almost 3 days (no sex which is very hard) and I wanted to know, how can I speed up the curing? should I put ice? vaseline? I'm not really sure of the case but I think there's a light wound after scratching it (due to very itchy vaginal dryness). and when I put pressure there's like muscle pain going on but it's very light. what is this? how can I cure it?
