He blocked me ?

Hello everyone! I guess i just need to get some opinions on my situation.

Okay, so i am almost 14 weeks pregnant with my boyfriend's child. Recently, he blocked me on facebook. Here's why. He said he was going to bed and i told him goodnight and all that, and about 30 mins after that, he updated his profile picture. Which, i didnt say anything cause i didnt wanna start a fight (he gets mad very easily), and i wasnt even really upset. But a little while after that i texted him and asked if he was getting tired of me cause i guess i need the reasurance cause he has left me while i was pregnant a couple months prior. I basically just wanted to make sure we were still okay. And he just flips out on me saying that i need to stop doubting him. He called me a prick and said he was going to block me on facebook because all it does is make me "salty and petty". But keep in mind i never said one word about him being on facebook. Later i find out that he blocked me on snapchat too. We still text everyday but it really just bothers me that i cant see his stuff. I mean, why should he care if i see? Im his girlfriend and carrying his child. Do i have a right to be upset? Should i let it go? What would you guys do?
